Seán was Depute Head at a high school in the Lothians. His remit focussed on Pupil Support, Child Protection and Inclusion.
He has worked in Education and Welfare at Hibernian since 2015, with responsibility for the Professional Academy Education Programme, liaison with schools, colleges, and universities, and the promotion of continuing learning and a dual career approach for players and staff.
He is a writer, who wrote long time columns in the Times Education Supplement Scotland and The Herald and has published a number of books and blogs.
He is keen on music and travel and follows Scottish Cricket and Gaelic Sports.
