At PCSS, we believe that football impacts far more than the person wearing the shirt.
Behind every player is a network of parents, partners, children, coaches, staff and clubs, all navigating the unique opportunities and challenges that come with the game.
That's why we exist.
PCSS was founded to provide practical, trusted support for the people behind football.
From Player Care consultancy and relocation support to family guidance, education, well-being and life transitions, we help people feel supported at every stage of their journey.
When people thrive off the pitch, they are better equipped to thrive on it.

Tracey helps football clubs create environments where players, staff and families feel supported both on and off the pitch.
With experience across academy, women's and professional football, Tracey understands the realities of modern Player Care and the impact it can have on well-being, performance and culture.
Her work combines practical support with strategic thinking, helping clubs strengthen their Player Care provision through consultancy, audits, education and operational support.
Known for her human-first approach, Tracey believes that great Player Care isn't about ticking boxes. It's about creating systems, environments and relationships that allow people to thrive.
Through PCSS, she works with clubs to ensure Player Care is structured, consistent and impactful, supporting organisations not just in theory, but in practice.
