The PCSS Player Care Consultancy Intensive is a focused consultancy package for clubs, Academies, Player Care professionals, Sporting Directors, Agents and others working across football.

Whether you are responding to an immediate situation, reviewing an existing approach or considering how to strengthen Player Care within your organisation, this session gives you dedicated access to independent, practical expertise.

This is not a generic introductory call. It is a confidential working session built around real challenges, concerns or opportunities.

• Supporting a player or family through a difficult situation

Your £349 Consultancy Intensive includes:

• A pre-session questionnaire & NDA
• Preparation and review ahead of the session
• A private 90-minute consultancy session with Tracey Smith focused on one principal challenge
• Practical, tailored recommendations
• A concise written action summary
• A relevant PCSS resource or template where appropriate
• 2 x 30-minute follow-up call with the first being within 21 days
• 6 months 'complimentary' access to the PCSS Collective once launched

The person booking may invite up to three additional colleagues from the same organisation to attend at no extra cost.

This can be particularly valuable when the challenge involves different roles or departments and would benefit from shared understanding, honest discussion and aligned next steps.

The package covers a maximum of four attendees and remains focused on one principal challenge.

Her experience spans hands-on Player Care, supporting players and families, working inside a professional football club and contributing at boardroom level.

Tracey understands both the operational realities of football and the human consequences when care, communication or structure is missing. Her approach is practical, honest and people-centered, while remaining aligned with the needs and performance of the football organisation.

• Payment is required in full to secure your Consultancy Intensive.
• Following your booking request, PCSS will issue an invoice containing payment instructions. Your space will be confirmed once cleared payment has been received.
• A limited number of ten Consultancy Intensives are currently available.

1. Submit your booking request.
2. Receive and pay your invoice.
3. Agree a mutually suitable date/time for the session.
4. Complete the pre-session questionnaire.
5. Tracey will review the questionnaire in preparation for the call
6. Attend your 90-minute Consultancy Intensive.
7. Receive your written action summary.
8. Use your 30-minute follow-up within 21 days.
9. Another 30-minute follow-up will be arranged 

The Consultancy Intensive is designed to address one principal challenge.

Where the matter requires a wider organisational review, detailed report, investigation, audit, workshop or implementation support, this will be identified and can be discussed separately.
